This is a really nice hotel! The check in clerk was Courteous and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom had a nice shower with a good shower head, and the sink counter was big enough. They have a pet fee of $25, but waived it (bonus)!! I forgot to take photos, but this hotel was definitely worth the price.

We loved this hotel from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out. Bradley at the desk was very welcoming both nights when we entered the building. The room was great. Very clean. We appreciated the exhaust fan in the bathroom. We reserved a King room with a shower and a sleeper sofa. Everyone was so friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town. Thank you!

This Hampton Inn truly exceeded my expectations on every level. Maria at the front desk was just lovely; very amiable & completed the check in quickly. When I opened the door to find such a beautifully appointed space, I was beyond pleased. The furnishings were pristine; clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough about how strongly I recommend this hotel. It is definitely now marked in my Hilton app as a favourite!

Great location. Restaurants and shopping are very close by. Very clean hotel. The P.M. staff is amazing! Shout out to Maria. Maria checked us in, checked up on us to ensure the room met our expectations and needs, was friendly and greeted customers coming and going. Breakfast was nice each morning. Cleaning service did a great job.

This location has been a great experience with wonderful staff and super clean hotel! Coming home from vacation we had car trouble’s, ended up spending five nights here! Everyone was super accommodating, with offers to let us use one employees vehicle! We didn’t but the offer meant more than you know!

We enjoyed the majority of our stay at the hotel. but felt dis respected by one member of your cafeteria staff for two of the days during our stay, It was a woman by the name of Joanne, who became vocal about an issue with a the waffle maker within the vicinity of others present. My wife felt embarrassed and disrespected in the manner in which she question the action. The other staff members, " Roseann and Jayla" were very professional and respectful throughout our visit. I am not sure. but. It seemed that Joanne spent some time staring and following us as we gather our breakfast and took time to greet others while ignoring us. She also made it a habit of speaking in an undertone(under her breath) about our actions. I felt this took away from the excellent service performed by others. If I had a preference to return to the hotel, it would only be without her present.

This Hampton Inn was an excellent place to stay. We dealt with two front desk clerks, Samantha and Evelyn. They were both very helpful and friendly. Checking in was quick and easy. The room was very comfortable. Everything worked well. The TV was large, the guide worked, and there were a lot of channels available. They put out cookies at about 5 or 6 PM. They were hot and fresh and a nice touch. Breakfast was very good. One of the people working there, Rosemary, went out of her way to explain how to work the waffle machine. It is a small thing but rare for a person working at one of the breakfast spots like this to go out of her way to be helpful. Overall, this was a very good experience.

perfect stay! Clean, friendly and the roll in handicap shower was the BEST! I hope they continue having that option as it worked perfectly for my husband!
